change and their underlying technologies.
Grant’s background combines deep product knowledge across FICC and FX with strong business, programme management and stakeholder management. Grant has extensive experience in market structure change including understanding the impact and opportunities
that regulations will bring.
Head of Sales
Byron has over 20 years’ experience in Fixed Income markets, in roles covering the buy-side, sell-side and Fixed Income eTrading and data. Byron joined Neptune at the start of 2017 and is particularly focused on buy-side clients and establishing
strategic partnerships with vendors such as OMS and EMS.
Byron started in Fixed Income sales covering asset managers and other buy-side accounts with Royal Bank of Canada and ran Bond sales teams at Commonwealth Bank before moving to the UK and working in asset management with Gartmore (now part of
Janus Henderson). From there he moved in to the eTrading arena with MTS (now part of the LSE) before becoming Head of FI eCommerce at Thomson Reuters where he also become involved with the data distribution side of the business.
Will has over 21 years’ experience working in IT within the Financial Sector across EMEA and Asia. Over this time, he worked from the ground up with experience ranging from field service for ADP brokerage through to building, managing and overseeing
operations & infrastructure for various financial firms including Morgan Stanley where he managed IT teams throughout various departments including the front office.
Will started working for Etrading Software Ltd in January 2016 to oversee the transition from Neptune’s pilot environment to the full production system in July 2016. He is also currently responsible for building the processes for and managing
Neptune’s support and development teams in Europe and Asia. His focus is on service stability, client on-boarding, continual service improvement and team delivery.
